Payment Types
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAY PAL.

Shipping Time and Charges
A: Order will ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at time of shipment and added to the order total.

Order Fulfillment
A: If an item is out of stock you will be notified and the order will be cancelled. You will be notified when the item will be available for re-order. Email would be the preferred contact method.

Shipping Methods
A: Shipping will be by UPS Ground Service.

Damaged Shipments
A: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the carrier. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the carrier to return and inspect the damage to fill a claim. We are not responsible for damage by the carrier.

Returns
A: All products are warranted against manufacturing defects; see individual item cartons for full warranty details. The return of non defective merchandise may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns will be authorized after 30 days from the receipt of shipment.
